Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in venue from participating venues*.
2. How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be redeemed in venue at participating venues*.
3. What can I use my gift voucher on?
Gift vouchers can be used on dining, bottle shops and accommodation in participating venues*.
4. How do I check the balance of my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. The date of issue is clearly stated on the gift voucher when purchased.
After the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited, and the voucher will be invalid.
5. Can I get a refund on my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
6. Do you offer corporate or bulk gift card purchases?
Corporate/ bulk gift vouchers can be purchased online in one transaction.
7. Can I replace a lost or stolen gift voucher?
Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. The Laundy group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No replacement will be issued.
